Returns & Exchanges Policy
We understand that purchasing shoes online can be challenging. While we do not offer cash refunds unless an item is deemed faulty, we’re here to help if things aren’t quite right. We offer exchanges or credit notes under the following conditions:
Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on full-priced, unworn items lodged within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn (shoes must only be tried on carpeted surfaces) and in original, undamaged packaging

Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. If the size you’d like to exchange for is not in stock, your replacement will be made to order. Please allow 4–5 weeks for production.
Refunds

Refunds (where applicable) are issued for the cost of the item only.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for the cost of returning items.
Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please email us at hello@postsole.com and return the item for assessment.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will aim to repair or replace it. If this isn’t possible, a full refund will be provided.
Damaged Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items damaged due to general wear and tear or misuse.

Repair services may be available for a fee.
Custom Shoes

Shoes made with custom leather or a custom fit are not eligible for exchange. Please consider this before purchasing.

Made-to-order shoes listed on our website are eligible for exchange.
Returns and Exchanges on Other Brands' Items

Due to the nature of our operations, we do not accept returns or issue cash refunds for items from other brands unless the item is deemed faulty.

However, we do offer exchanges or credit notes if the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.

How to Make a Return or Exchange

Email us at hello@postsole.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the item details and your reason for return.

We’ll reply with return instructions and our return address.

Ship the item within 7 days of receiving confirmation. Use a trackable delivery service that requires a signature.

Once received and approved, we will issue your exchange or credit note.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return criteria. Thank you for your understanding and support.
