Par Moi
Par Moi was born in defiance of fast fashion. Launched in early 2019 by Ashiya Omundsen, the brand’s ethos is to create pieces from deadstock fabrics that last beyond traditional ‘seasons’. With no collections, each piece is intended to stand alone to discourage mass, multi-seasonal consumption. Directly translating to ‘By Me’, each piece is made-to-order and designed, drafted, cut and sewn from deadstock fabric by Ashiya and friends in Melbourne. This model ensures waste is kept to a minimum.
