2025 CHRISTMAS DATES

If you would like your made to order shoes in time for Christmas please note the following details.

In store pick up option

Last order day for made-to-order styles is Monday, 24th November, provided you can pick up your shoes by 24th December. If you have a preferred pickup date, please place your order 4–5 weeks in advance. This applies to all styles not currently listed as available on our website.

Shipping option

Your made to order deadline is one month prior to your shipping cut-off date, depending on your location. Please find the relevant dates below:

Domestic Shipping

Perth, Darwin and Hobart Regular Shipping : Last date to order 12th November
Perth, Darwin, Hobart & Remote Express Shipping : Last date to order 18th November. Make sure to add express shipping to your order.
NSW & QLD Metro Regular shipping: Last date to order 18th November.
Melbourne: Last date to order 22nd November

International Shipping

New Zealand: Last date to order 8th November
Rest of the world: Please give us an email at hello@postsole.com

Please note that these dates are final, and no exceptions can be made.

Store Pickup & Holiday Hours
The last day for in-store pickups is Wednesday, 24th December. Our shop will be open from 11am to 4pm on that day. The factory and store will be closed from 25th December to 6th January.

Missed the Cut-Off?
We’ll be stocking a selection of popular styles during the holiday season. If a style is available, “In Stock” will be displayed beneath the “Add to Cart” button on the website.

Christmas Return Policy
Our return policy will be extended for the holiday season. To request a return, email us within 7 days from 7th January with the order number.

Exchanges: Offered for different styles or sizes.
Credit Notes: Available upon request.

Refunds are available only if the shoes are deemed faulty. For full details, please review our Return Policy.
