2026 CHRISTMAS DATES

If you would like your made to order shoes in time for Christmas please note the following details. This applies to all made to order styles on our website and in store.

In store pick up option

The last order day for made to order styles is Monday, 23rd November, provided you can pick up your shoes between the 19th-24th December. If you have a preferred pickup date, please place your order 4 weeks before your desired pick up day.

Shipping option

Your made to order deadline is 4 weeks prior to your shipping cut-off date, depending on your location. Please find the relevant dates below:

Domestic Shipping

Australia wide standard shipping: Last date to order 16th November.
Melbourne Metro standard shipping: Last date to order 23rd November

International Shipping

New Zealand standard shipping: Last date to order 9th November
New Zealand express shipping: Last date to order 16th November - for this option please email us at hello@pstsole.com
Rest of the world: Please email us at hello@postsole.com

Please note that these dates are final, and no exceptions can be made.

Store Pick up & Holiday Hours
The last day for in-store pick ups is Thursday, 24th December. Our shop will be open from 11am to 3pm on that day. The factory and store will be closed from 25th December to 5th January.

Missed the Cut-Off?
We’ll be stocking a selection of popular styles during the holiday season. If a style is available, “In Stock” will be displayed beneath the “Add to Cart” button on the website. We also have gift cards for those who can't decide on what style or size to get!

Christmas Return Policy
Our return policy will be extended for the holiday season. To request a return, email us within 7 days from 5th January with the order number.

Exchanges: Offered for different styles or sizes.
Credit Notes: Available upon request.

Refunds are available only if the shoes are deemed faulty. For full details, please review our Return Policy.
