MADE TO ORDER
HOW MADE TO ORDER WORKS
Our shoes are made in-house by our small team, at our workroom in Abbotsford, Melbourne.
Primarily made to order, we only create a small amount of stock at the beginning of each season, then all shoes are made to order throughout the season. This means we don't discount or dispose, as we rarely have excess stock.
Our order window for made-to-order pieces is fortnightly, to align with our fortnightly production cycle.
Our order window opens on the Monday of week one and closes on the Sunday of week two.
Our fortnightly production cycle begins on Monday of week one
and finishes on the Friday of week two. We aim to dispatch within two weeks, allowing for three-four weeks during busy periods.
The production cycle begins by collating all orders, grouping styles and prepping materials for making. Our small team then produce all pieces within the production cycle, step by step, until your shoes are ready to wear.

Once the fortnightly production cycle finishes and the production process is complete, you will be notified that your shoes are dispatched and 'ready to wear'. Again, we aim to dispatch within two weeks, allowing for three-four weeks during busy periods
